You can buy dental insurance at any time. To buy health insurance, you need to wait for Open Enrollment unless you meet one of the following qualifying circumstances. You are eligible to buy health insurance if within the last 60 days, you:

• Lost health insurance through your employer
• Experienced certain types of life changes – like getting married, having a baby, or recently moving
• You are an employee of a company that provides health coverage through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement
