Overview

For 70 years, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) has been providing superior health insurance services to our members. Much has changed in that time, but a few things haven’t—we’re still located in the capital city, we’re still contributing to the local economy, and we’re still providing personal service at our Walk-in Customer Service Center.

Today, BCBSRI continues to develop innovative ways to help our members improve their health—and reduce their healthcare costs—through a variety of prevention measures including online nutrition, exercise, and stress management programs; worksite wellness initiatives; and one-on-one health coaching.
