11/18/2010

Recent news article from Lowell Sun:
Massachusetts' landmark 2006 health-care law required the state to offer limited-benefit plans for young adults on its insurance exchange, but those plans will be eliminated in 2014 because of the new federal health-care reform law, The Sun has learned.

The federal regulations, starting in 2014, will prohibit insurers from offering health plans that cap the amount of annual coverage provided.
