The governor and attorney  general aren’t ruling out a lawsuit against the contractor who’s  responsible for the state’s botched Obamacare website as the Health  Connector board meets today, in part to present a plan to hold CGI  accountable for its poor performance.
“It’s something I’ve asked  the team to look at, and I’m very concerned about the performance of CGI  and whether we got what we paid for, and I think most of us feel we  have not,” Gov. Deval Patrick said yesterday.
Attorney General  Martha Coakley said she was monitoring the Health Connector website,  which has been riddled with glitches since it began its Obamacare  rollout in October, and will not hesitate to sue CGI if it is warranted.
