Health New England is a regional not-for-profit health plan based in Springfield, Massachusetts, and is owned by Baystate Health as part of its integrated health care delivery system. Serving members in Massachusetts and Connecticut for nearly 40 years, our mission is to improve the health and lives of the people in our communities, and we are deeply committed to the individuals we serve every day.

We’re passionate about taking extraordinary care of our members. Everything we do is built around our mission, and our entire team strives to provide caring service, help simplify things in a complex health care environment, and always be mindful of health care costs. We keep members at the center of all that we do.

Health New England members have access to high quality providers and hospitals, including Baystate Health, to get care when and where they need it. We offer our members a variety of preventive care and wellness resources to help maintain optimum health and improve well-being.
